Steps:
After verifying the correct semester is selected, click the Grade Roster icon.
Step 1Verify that the "Not Attending" roster is selected.
Step 2For each student who has never attended your class, click the dropdown and select NA.
Step 3Once you have entered NA for all of the students who have never attended, change the Approval Status to Ready for Review.
Step 4Click the Save button to the right.
NOTE: If you must NA several students, be sure to save frequently.
