Grades: Not Attending Rosters


Concept

Navigation:  Home > Self Service > Faculty Center > My Schedule


Steps:

  1. After verifying the correct semester is selected, click the Grade Roster icon.

    Step 1
  2. Verify that the "Not Attending" roster is selected.

    Step 2
  3. For each student who has never attended your class, click the dropdown and select NA

    Step 3
  4. Once you have entered NA for all of the students who have never attended, change the Approval Status to Ready for Review.

    Step 4
  5. Click the Save button to the right. 

     

    NOTE:  If you must NA several students, be sure to save frequently.
