Navigation:  Home > Records and Enrollment > Student Background Information > Student Advisor

Steps:

1. Enter the student's ID number.

    

   For this example, use 123456.

   Step 1

2. Click the Search button.

   Step 2

3. Enter the Academic Career code or use the magnifying glass search.

    

   For this example, enter ugrd.

   Step 3

4. Enter the Academic Program code here or use the magnifying glass search.

    

   For this example, enter ucon.

   Step 4

5. Enter the Academic Plan code or use the magnifying glass search.

    

   For this example, enter conetbs.

   Step 5

6. Enter the Academic Advisor ID number or use the magnifying glass search.

    

   For this example, enter 302448.

   Step 6

7. Click the Save button.
