Email Students from Class Roster


You can email either:

  1.  Selected students from your class

  2.  All students in your class

 

Navigation: Home > Self Service > Faculty Center


Steps:

  1. Click the Class Roster icon.

    Step 1
  2. TO EMAIL SELECT STUDENTS:

    Click on the check box(es) of the student(s) you wish to email.

    Step 2
  3. Click the notify selected students button.

    Step 3
  4. For privacy reasons, make sure you ALWAYS leave student email addresses in the BCC (blind carbon copy) field.

  5. Enter the appropriate subject & text.

    Step 5
  6. Once message is typed, click the Send Notification button.

  7. TO EMAIL ALL STUDENTS IN YOUR CLASS:

    Click the notify all students button.

  8. For privacy reasons, make sure you ALWAYS leave student email addresses in the BCC (blind carbon copy) field.

  9. Enter the appropriate subject & text.

  10. Once message is typed, click the Send Notification button.
