You can email either:
1. Selected students from your class
2. All students in your class
Navigation: Home > Self Service > Faculty Center
Steps:
Click the Class Roster icon.
Step 1TO EMAIL SELECT STUDENTS:
Click on the check box(es) of the student(s) you wish to email.
Step 2Click the notify selected students button.
Step 3For privacy reasons, make sure you ALWAYS leave student email addresses in the BCC (blind carbon copy) field.
Step 4Enter the appropriate subject & text.
Step 5Once message is typed, click the Send Notification button.
Step 6TO EMAIL ALL STUDENTS IN YOUR CLASS:
Click the notify all students button.
Step 7For privacy reasons, make sure you ALWAYS leave student email addresses in the BCC (blind carbon copy) field.
Step 8Enter the appropriate subject & text.
Step 9Once message is typed, click the Send Notification button.
