Problems with downloading

Problems may include:

1. No window displays information or report

2. A window flashes and then disappears

Steps:

1. Click the Tools menu.

2. Click the Internet Options menu.

   Step 2

3. Click the Security tab.

   Step 3

4. Click the Trusted sites list item.

   Step 4

5. Click the Sites button.

   Step 5

6. Click the Add button.

   Step 6

7. Click the Close button.

   Step 7

8. Press the left mouse button over the Security level for this zone slider and drag to MEDIUM LOW or LOW.

   Step 8

9. Click the Apply button.

   Step 9

10. Click the OK button.
