Steps:
For first report of this type, click the Add a New Value tab.
Use the Find an Existing Value tab for future runs of this report.
Step 1Enter a "title" for this process into the Run Control ID box.
For this example, enter "title_for_process"
Step 2Click the Add button.
Step 3Enter the appropriate term code or choose from magnifying glass search.
For this example, enter 4111.
Fall 2010 - 4111
Spring 2011 - 4115
Summer 2011 - 4118
Step 4Enter the desired campus or choose from magnifying glass search.
For this example, enter HBG.
Step 5Enter the appropriate academic career or choose from magnifying glass search.
For this example, enter UGRD.
Step 6Enter the appropriate subject area code or choose from magnifying glass search.
For this example, enter CMS.
Step 7Press the Tab key on your keyboard.
Step 8To run the roster for a specific class, type Y for yes.
Step 9Press the Tab key on your keyboard.
Step 10Enter the class number.
For this example, enter 2030.
Step 11Click the Run button.
Step 12Choose PSUNX server name.
Step 13Choose Web type.
Step 14Choose the PDF Format.
Step 15Click the OK button.
Step 16Click the Report Manager link.
Step 17Click the Refresh button until you see Posted in the Status column.
Step 18Once the report is Posted, click the USM Class Roster link.
Step 19Your report displays in a new window, so turn OFF pop-up blockers.
