There are three different video platforms that create Closed Captioning (CC) transcripts for videos: Cisco Webex, Microsoft Stream, and Yuja.  The accuracy of these products are between 75-90% depending on the quality of the audio in the video, the speech patterns of people in the video, and any background noise included in the recording.  In order to be ADA compliant, the CC transcripts may require some editing. This workshop walks you through how to do this.
