Yuja is a video management platform that allows online instructors to capture and store video within a cloud-based streaming and storage environment. Yuja also connects to the Canvas learning management system, which allows instructors to share captured and stored videos with his/her classes.

The following training is designed to introduce instructors to Yuja.  The training will cover:

• Capturing video with Yuja
• Uploading video to Yuja
• Live Streaming with Yuja
• Connecting Yuja to Canvas courses
• Embedding Yuja video within a course
• Editing captured videos in Yuja

Because Yuja allows instructors to upload personal videos, participants are encouraged to bring their own videos, or computer equipment, to the workshop.  This is not required to participate in the training.

This workshop is only available to faculty at The University of Southern Mississippi.
