Service Indicator - Release

Learn how to release a service indicator on a student's account.

-Navigation: Home > Campus Community > Student Services Ctr (Student) > General Info tab

Steps:

1. Enter the student's ID number.

    

   For this example, enter 768542.

   Step 1

2. Click the Search button.

   Step 2

3. Click the general info link.

   Step 3

4. Click the edit service indicators link.

   Step 4

5. Click the link of the service indicator you wish to release.

    

   For this example, click the PRC indicator.

   Step 5

6. Click the Release button.

   Step 6

7. Click the OK button.

   Step 7

8. Click the Cancel button.

   Step 8

9. To see the service indicator "disappear" from the list, you will need to click the "Return to Search" button and re-enter the student's ID number.
